SpiceMod

SpiceMod generates
accurate SPICE models from the parametric data supplied from manufacturers
datasheets. If only a limited amount of such data is available then SpiceMod
will make estimates for the remaining data, based on the data the user
has entered. The more data entered, the more accurate the model will be.
The following model types are generated with SpiceMod: Diodes, Zeners,
BJTs, Power BJTs, Darlington BJTs, JFETs, MOSFETs, Power MOSFETs, SCR,
Sidacs, Triacs, Diacs, and IGBTs. |
